Kryolan Dermacolor Fixing Powder

did anyone ever use this product from Kryolan? if yes then how did it go? actually i need some makeup fixer which could protect the foundation from melting in summers:-/ due to perspiration and stuff like this…

in reviews they say camouflage cream and then the fixing powder…then where does the foundation go? ???

can’t figure out…help ppl !

camouflage cream is used wen u need to hide any flaw like scars or tatoos or red viens but i dont hink u will need it u can go with foundation if u dont have sum embarrasing kin problem

choose foundation that u think u r comfortable with

foundations cum in alot of forms like stick foundation like u have seen its a classic its foundation in thick lipstick like tube its for heavier coverage if u have acne or scars and u need to hide them

then there is liquid foundation it cums in bottles or tubes it is for lighter coverage

then there is powder foundation it cums in cakes just like face powder

so if u think ur skin is too oily then u can go with powder foundation

if u cant find it easily then go for liquid foundation it is lihgter

and then face powder goes after foundation no matter wat kind of foundation ur using

except powder foundation but u can use face powder with it too if ur skin is too oily and u prespire alot to keep ur skin looking matte

and no need to worry bout sum certain brand u can use any brand

like body shop has good foundations and face powders and MAC or any brand just go to the mall and ask for help

there r like gazzilions of brands out there and they r all very good no need to worry bout sum specific brand

appa jee…tell me something new..ohh yar yeh to sara kuch i also know…but u skipped my question altogether…i know about camouflage cream and foundation thingy…but was asking about makeup fixer…huy rubbaaa :smack:
abt brands..i use clinique foundation as well as clarins…kryolan powder foundation i already use…and its really nice…

I've never used any fixing-powder..but u can get "setting" sprays.

i use krayolan foundation stick..its facepowder and anti-shine loose powder...i juz use its loose powder over vanishing cream for everyday use to keep ma face frm gettin oily in summer..its good!

could u give a particular brand of a setting spray plz? haven’t come across any :bummer:

Bingo! I use MAC as well..

You have to get their camouflage cream and use the fixing powder after applying the cream. Its waterproof.
I dont know if it will work with normal foundation.

is ur skin oily/combination? vanishing cream is good for summers? which brand do u use?

so u have to use the moisturizer then foundation..loose or pressed powder and then this setting spray?

helps prevent the makeup from melting?
if this setting spray is used then is there any need to use the primer or not?

Primer preps u're skin it's more like a balm and makes makeup application easier and makes u're foundation go on smoother. A finishing spray "sets" the makeup and keeps it in place.

which primer is best and which brand of setting/fixing spray..plz tell me brands! i didnt find any setting spray from MAC...whats the complete name gals! :(

also for makeup both primer and settign sprays r a must or anyone of them can be used?

Gina might have some good tips but as far as I know if you’re talking about 40degC humid weather, no amount of priming/fixing is gonna keep your makeup from melting! Apart from staying in the AirCon.

Already mentioned Benefits Dr. Feel Good! Both work well together along with MAC's primer.

my skin is combination basically but gets very oily in summers..u can use ponds vanishing cream or ponds white beauty detox the yellow one its gud..keeps ur face clean n blemish free

i have the same problem..i have very oily skin and my makeup melts in the heat and makes my face look bad! but i don't wanna use setting sprays and what not..i don't want a lot of layers on my skin when the heat is crazy..it'll open my pores and cause more problems..i use MACs studio fix..it works great but it doesn't work well enough in the summer..i don't know what to use =/

marwa, try benefit's dr. feel good it doesnt leave u're skin parched nor oily! It's actually keeps u're skin matte..
