In spite of allegations of misconduct/rigging KPK has conducted its local government elections, will this put pressure on Punjab and Sindh as well? WE should keep in mind PMLN has never bothered to conduct local government elections throughout its history.

Despite the minor skirmishes and violence, it’s a great step for grass root politics in the country and hopefully can resonate in the other 2 remaining provinces. Also, based on the ongoing results, candidates are winning from across the spectrum and its a good sign for positive political change.

In every electing they conduct allegations are made regarding rigging. Considering the law and order situation of the province perhaps it would have been better to go for a phased election but Ecp wanted it in one go. Things like these.
