I never had milk before going to sleep in OUR home in Pakistan (or here) but whenever we visited our nani’s place during summer, she would always make us drink milk before going to bed. My mamoo and I used to hang out at friends’ place every night and it didn’t matter what time we came back home, nani would be waiting for us and as soon as we stepped in, she would take the milk out of the fridge and make us drink it. And the milk was so delicious as it was from our own farmhouse and the buffalos were milked every evening for fresh milk
