Or maybe the marriage was arranged and the couple is “husband” and “wife” in name only (ie. no romantic feelings/sexual relations between them for whatever reason) and divorce is not an option because of family.
At the end of the day, with married couples we only see what they choose to present to the world. No one really knows what goes on behind closed doors.
