Can anyone give me an easy chicken korma recipe ? The other option was to make chicken changezi but Ive never made it before and im afraid it will come out horrible unless I make it ahead of time to test it out (which I dont have time for), and I cant take that risk.
I have scoured the net and youtube, just not really liking some of the recipes, here are a few reasons.. waaaaay too many processes (grind this, then fry it here, then smash it here. on to next thing), or they require extra ingredients which may not be necessary in my opinion, for example, some recipes called for almond paste, and safron with milk, etc … ???
I just want a nice, basic (yummy) recipe to produce for my in laws who like to talk when the food they are eating isnt cooked by them.
btw, I bought the korma shan masala, so that’s what I will be using..I just need a good technique, not the box one.
Marinate with yogurt and shan masala for 1 hour room temperature and then overnight in refrigerator. Fry onions until golden brown. Take them out. Add ginger garlic paste to oil and then the marinated meat. Add onions after bhoonifying. Add water if gravy is too thick.

The key of Qorma is in fried onion.. dry them and then put in Qorma.... This is what my ammi do.. I don't know exact recipe... but it turns out mouth watering.
