hmmm that is debatable. if hes not respected by someone, it really wouldnt bother them whether it was his birthday or the day he died..... But if you guys want to impose it as that way, then im sure they wouldnt have any qualms with that either. However, from my experience, bar the Ahlul bayt's wiladat and shahadats, we really have no concern over anyone else's.
