I used to like this song mainly because of Kishore - he's my most favorite singer. But now I don't like it much, kinda a bit too gloomy and sad.

Have you listened to new songs by Chitra and Ustad Sultan Khan..Piya Basanti, Sumarai Akhay and Shaam Dhale, Dhee more and Chale rey, they are very good. I find myself humming them constantly, today i am humming Shaam Dhale, Sona Bikharay, I will post the wordings if i can find them on the net.

If you already humming them then why shouldn't we also get entertained as well? It'd be really nice if you could post your humming in voice gallary.
very nice song by Kishore.. i have it and love it... another classic song by Rafi u would like is 'Mujhe dardedil ka pata na ta.. mujhe aap kis leay mil gae.'

I think it is Chitra from south, she has a beautiful voice and Sultan's voice is kind of laid back and deep(I like it very much). The wordings and lyrics are very good. Dhee Re, is semi classical very nicely sung. Zee Tv has been airing viedo of a song "Piya Basanti", i don't have Zee therefore i have not seen it.
