Some lovely healthy Koftas, curry is made of blended veggies, Harris was not eating enough.
Was the curry tasty?
A good idea - baking the koftas but what about the curry? was it not overcooked to take the form of traditional curry?
@Mostar95 I dont like to overcook my food, the curry was not overcooked, just to a point where oil separates, the puree consists of red peppers, green chilli, green onions, tomatoes, onions, ginger, garlic and a healthy dose of spices.
Thanks. Whats the mix in your koftas?
The kofta will be dry if baked
but mix it back with curry means will be abosrbed fast so likely needs more curry then usual
cooked meat does not soak curry, I actually put less curry in there.
They were not dry at all, would depend on the mixture, I grind onions, chives, cilantro, green chillies, a bit of yogurt, minced ginger and garlic etc and they were soft like halwa. If you try boiling softer Koftas they disintegrate. My food ***connoisseur ***friend tells me they were amazing, she is actually a food tourist.
