Has anyone here worked with/for a company that has previously embarked on or is instigating specific initiatives for Knowledge Management?
I’m thinking about writing a Teaching Case and need company references and contacts whom I can approach for this.
My specific goals are to :
- identify initiative objectives,
- explicate strategies that the company uses/ wishes to use
- analyze enabling ICTs and the selection process
Although I’d be more interested in a post examination of a project, I’m open to studying current projects.
