If you suddenly see a black spot on your face that has been there for years suddenly increase and spread into a flat random shaped shadowy spot, is that a reason for concern or could it just be a sunspot getting worse?

Medically speaking,any such change(change in size,shape,color,texture of a pre existing lesion)should be checked out to rule out any malignant transformation.

I would most defintely…from my personal experience im glad that I did…monitor any sudden growth, raised, darkened or evedn soreness…thanks Chips6 ..:k:
