By no means did I intend to entail that it was or is constrained to one culture. In my personal opinion I believe that our culture excels in it. And yes you are right how one chooses to build his or her image is based solely upon that individual whether getting ideas and motivation by comparing oneself to others, yet I just believe we in general never give an individual the benefit of the doubt nor the moral support to do what he or she deems fashionable, the right, or best for him or her, instead we take the easy why out and choose to follow someone else’s path and walk in their shoes even though their feet may be bigger or smaller meaning our situation has nothing to do with their but because of conformity we lack the valor and support system to build our own path.
