Need a kitchen knife for cutting vegis and meat. And don’t need sharpenning. I like to use small or medium sized. Any recommendations???
Many may make claims, but there is no such thing as knives that won't need sharpening. Here is what I would suggest...
- Go to the higher end of your budget when buying good quality knives.
- Buy a set, and try to use appropriate knife for the job (like don't use bread knife to cut meat, or paring knife to chop vegetables etc)
- Have a wooden cutting board. Never use glass, stone or any hard surface for your cuttings.
- Get your knives professionally sharpened once a year.
- Store your knives in such a way that they remain away from each other and other metallic objects. Use wooden bocks, or wooden slots for storage. Never throw all the knives in a drawer along with other cutlery.

Check with your butcher. They should tell you of local places that could sharpen the knives

Paki or american, they both need sharp knives. Check with anyone
Re: Knife
veg and meat knife should be different.
As TLK said, buy a set and if you do not want to buy set, at least buy 1 boning knife and one regular knife
