kitchenaid vs cuisinart handmixer

Salam all

I need opinion of you people and your review to help me select a handmixer from these 2 brands. Both sound good nd have great reviews, the difference is price but i want to make a right choice and if i can find your own experiences it would be great.
Thanks in advance

If it's a handmixer, honestly both brands are equal in terms of equality. As long as it has a low speed setting (to avoid flour clouds and spilling), and comes with whisk + beaters... ur good to go.

I do believe KitchenAid is the best in terms of stand mixers though.

Also, please check PM :)

Re: kitchenaid vs cuisinart handmixer

S_Punk I have checked, well i have looged on after like may be 3 weeks. I would share shortly. doing dinner preps at the moment

Re: kitchenaid vs cuisinart handmixer

do u own any one of these?

My mother has a KitchenAid ... and i've used a Cuisinart... i returned mine and got a much cheaper one by Hamilton Beach cos it had a container thing at the bottom to keep attachments. I've had my cheap one for 3 years ... no issues. And i've used my mother's KitchenAid hand mixer and find no difference in that. =/

Re: kitchenaid vs cuisinart handmixer

cuiinart also comes with storage box now

Re: kitchenaid vs cuisinart handmixer

I have a KitchenAid stand mixer and it is the best hands down, there is no comparison. I have a Cuisinart immersion/stick blender/mixer and I love it as well. My hand mixer is Sunbeam and has lasted me 17 years lol, it was off my wedding registry. It really depends on what you are wanting to accomplish because all 3 have very different purposes.

Re: kitchenaid vs cuisinart handmixer

I do have a stick blender and have stand mixer of kenwood. However I feel that hand mixers are very handy and easy so I need a one for making cakes, cookies and even a pizza dough. kenwood stand mixer is doing great job. Neither used any kitcheaid nor cuisinart appliance so not sure with what to go thats why needed opinions. by reviews cuisinart is also great. if ever my kenwood stand mixer will die i would go for kitchenaid stand mixer though its expensive yet i have heard it does wonders :)

Re: kitchenaid vs cuisinart handmixer

Get the KitchenAid stand mixer then. It is an absolute must for making cakes, cookies, dough etc. And I love all the attachments that are available like the pasta roller, spiralizer and meat grinder.

Re: kitchenaid vs cuisinart handmixer

what would be the best in terms of making atta in a mixer? I am on a hunt for a mixer too, and although the Kitchen Aid is tempting, I can't bring myself to justify the price ... kneading atta is a pain and I really want a mixer for it ... any suggestions? specific models please

Re: kitchenaid vs cuisinart handmixer

KitchenAid stand mixer is the best for ghoonding aata. I know it is pricey, but it's a solid investment.

Re: kitchenaid vs cuisinart handmixer

And if you ARE going to invest in the KitchenAid then definitely go for the more powerful one.....I've known people who have burnt out the motor on the lower end model.

Re: kitchenaid vs cuisinart handmixer

I got a kitchenaid standing mixer as a wedding gift and I absolutely love it. I use it several times a week, from mixing batters to kneading dough for roti. I want to buy the additional attachments to experiment with it even more

Re: kitchenaid vs cuisinart handmixer

And your MIL would tell you that she always goondho'd aata with her bare hands, that was engined by her mumtaa, and fueled by the unparalleled love for her son, the one who is your hubby now.

Re: kitchenaid vs cuisinart handmixer

you know Kitchenaid stand mixer is around 800$here and i cant justify buying it while having kenwood which is performing the chores very well. I need a hand mixer for convenience and thats why looking for it but a good one.
I thought many people are from US in this thread and kitchenaid is more used there so I might get some suggestions that can finish confusion

Re: kitchenaid vs cuisinart handmixer

What??? That’s $585 US…damn!

The basic models are less then $200 here and the top of the line Artisan series are around $375

Re: kitchenaid vs cuisinart handmixer

I make ata dough with kenwood stand mixer and my SIL also have kenwood, no complaints at all, however go for a heavy model, I have just basic patissier which is even doing great job. I have this one
Patissier Food Mixers | Kitchen Machines | Kenwood

Re: kitchenaid vs cuisinart handmixer

I finally caved.. and bought the Kitchen Aid.. this thing better be my lifetime buddy for atta.. and anything else I will use to mix in it ( I will be looking for other uses as well)

Re: kitchenaid vs cuisinart handmixer
