Only way kissing wouldnt be allowed while fasting is if it was , ummmm leading to other stuff and that's because obviously sex isnt allowed while ur fasting.. simple naaaaa :p
he never said that its not allowed b/w husband and wife....he is just saying that ppl ask about it....and here is ST asking about someone that is non-mehrem!
of course its not allowed!! it's not allowed even when ur not fasting. So how can it be allowed while fasting? and that 2 during the blessed month of Ramadan.

common sense ST! :)
ST knows it's not allowed. She/He is just asking if it breaks the fast or not.
Fine got it, pehle to Islam mein ladkiyon ke saat ghoomna mana hain, on top of that a kiss on the cheek on the holy month of ramadan.
I dont know exactly but, its haram to be with any female friend in normal circumstances then kissing is your trangressing the limits set by Allaah.
In the AHadith its clearly written the wives of Prophet, so i dont think so even the non-mehram women are also allowed. But since I have no knowledge regarding non-mehram, Allaah knows the best.
having "intimate relations"with your wife isnt haram…but that breaks your fast. Drawing blood isnt haram but that breaks your fast. I suppose it doesnt settle EVERTHING.
^We know all know that we are not allowed to eat, drink, or have intimate relations when fasting, other than that you do anything haram on purpose, you break your fast…thats what I was saying…now all this shud settle everything.
whoa whoa , everything is makrooh from what i've read and heard, unless theres a transfer of saliva, (between spouses), or intercourse, or release of some of those body fluids. ahem.
if you had a gun pointing at your head
and the small peck (KISS) from a member of the oppsite sex was the only way that you could save your life - Please by all means GO FOR IT.
makrooh to kiss your spouse during fasts? im not sure if that is what u meant? perhaps i misunderstood :S
The Messenger's wife Aishah (raa) reported: " The Messenger (saas) used to kiss while fasting and to embrace while fasting, but he was the most able person to control his desire." (Tirmidhi, Bukhari, Muslim)
*In another report by 'Umar (raa), he stated: "I felt the urge one day during fast, so I kissed (my wife). After realizing what I had done, I went to the Messenger of Allah (saas) and informed him that I had committed a great sin by kissing while fasting. The Messenger responded: Do you break fast if you rinse your mouth with water?' Umar said,No, nothing is wrong with rinsing.' Then, the Messenger said, `Why bother?'" (Ahmed/Abu-Dawuud) *
i think perhaps it is makrooh according to scholars because one can get "carried away" which can lead to ahem...u know? is that why? someone tell me plz. but that doesnt break your fast. right?
The emission of madhiy (prostatic fluid) does not invalidate the fast, whether it happens because a man is thinking or kissing his wife or for some other reason. This is the view of Imam al-Shaafa’i (may Allaah have mercy on him). See al-Majmoo’ by al-Nawawi, 6/323
Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyah (may Allaah have mercy on him) said in * al-Ikhtiyaaraat*, p. 193:
The fast is not broken because of madhiy that is emitted because of kissing, touching or repeated looking. This is the view of Abu Haneefah and al-Shaafa’i, and of some of our companions.
This is also the view of Shaykh Ibn ‘Uthaymeen (may Allaah have mercy on him), as was stated in al-Sharh al-Mumti’, 6/390, where he said:
The proof concerning that is that there is no evidence to say that the fast is invalidated thereby, because fasting is an act of worship that is enjoined on man, and this act of worship cannot be invalidated unless there is evidence that something invalidates it.
