It’s often just semantics… but here’s my interpretation:

Muqaddar / Taqdeer (Destiny): a course of events that will inevitably happen in the future… I associate this with something that can’t be changed.

Qismat (Luck): Unpredictable phenomena that cause an event to result one way rather than another… I associate this with the occasional good and bad happenstances in everyone’s life

Naseeb (Fortune): to me is almost synonymous with destiny although I don’t think of this word as semantically strict as destiny… in that, not all outcomes are necessarily unavoidable.

i agree, so are any of these in our control?
