Define each one please and what is the difference in each
i love these words, but do they hold any real meaning or value? We assume them to be true? Do they exist? or is it just to give ourselves hope or justify things?
Do you believe in any of this? Are they subjective or objective.
QSM - He allotted (gave due portion)
QDR - He determined
NSB - He nominated
Both Muqaddar and Taqdeer share their root as QDR
the muQD2r means the one who does it and the taQDeeR is the noun resulting from the verb. So if someone determines then taqdeer is the "determination event".
I don't know yet but I have a hunch that promise qasam may have some basis shared with Qismat.
And NSeeB is again the apportioned amount due or what is destined - the nominated amount or something showing the way are all related with this root.
It’s often just semantics... but here’s my interpretation:
Muqaddar / Taqdeer (Destiny): a course of events that will inevitably happen in the future... I associate this with something that can’t be changed.
Qismat (Luck): Unpredictable phenomena that cause an event to result one way rather than another... I associate this with the occasional good and bad happenstances in everyone’s life
Naseeb (Fortune): to me is almost synonymous with destiny although I don’t think of this word as semantically strict as destiny... in that, not all outcomes are necessarily unavoidable.
So finally you are trying on some philosophical discussion.
Ya Allah Reham Kar.

A- No. Same meanings essentially. No big difference to discuss. People use these words interchangeably.
Its like asking what s the difference between Kaala and Siaah.
B- Well they exist since there is no other way to explain. And even more importantly we create them since we want to provide some explanation of or find excuse for something happening as unusual or bizarre event. We probably can find the reason for some of these events but are lazy.
C- Yes. We try to justify things in that context. Makes us feel better.
Not sure its true but someone said to Saladin (Salahuddin Ayubi)? how come he was so good of fighter and won so many battles and he did not even have fate line on his palm.
He took his sword and made a line on his hand and said. “Do you see it now?”
(Check the authenticity story on your own-I am being lazy- but the point remains even if not true)
For the most part I have a very positive approach to life, but there come times when no matter how hard you plan or try, things don't turn out the way you want and that's just your FATE.
