Im using kino for some editing. I managed to trim a clip ( which turns it into a DV file. And then after exporting…the trimmed copy i expect it to be a vob file (it did the first time).
But it wont now. All im getting is the dv files even after i export!
No not really. It is a very common word in German Lango too and derived from Greek meaning "motion". An abbreviation of "Kinema". :)
Well, German is one single language, comparing around 8 or 9 Slav Languages (Czech, Polish, Slovak, Macedonian etc) , in all those Kino means "Cinema" as well as in German. Kivnon (Kyunon) is the Greek word, of course spelled in Greek alphabets.
Even though Kino Software itself has been developed by a German. So you are right about the origin of this software.
