don't give me the typical "DON'T VISIT THAT FORUM" reply plz, heard that way 2 many times + dat doesn't solve things... the majority of us on here r muslims, i think it's our duty to remember when we are crossing the line, discussing such issues openly is crossing the hadh for me and that is just not the correct way to go about it. maybe those who are genuinely so badly interested in discussing such topics should take into private {pm} as discussing such topic s in a "mature manner" is just not possible without having the customary mischief for one + rude remarks etc which crop up as it just isn't possible for somebody on here to NOT speak out of turn when bold topics are being discussed by "mature ppl" in a "mature manner"

tell me how do you have a discussion with various, mature opinions via pm? the whole idea of opening a thread is so that different people can come and give their input, not to have a discussion with one person.
and one thing, if a newish member who'd never read ur previous posts were to pm you asking for your opinion on a sexual topic, how would u react?
dont forget...muslims are humans too...we think about sex, we wonder about it, we will talk about it if we have questions, and yes the majority of us muslims will have sex at least once in our lives

People should wonder about the consequences of what they say and do before they start typing..
im not saying these topics shouldnt be discussed, im sure you and i can both gain a lot of knowledge from them... but we all know that these topics are hardly ever taken seriously..

ppl r taught about sex etc @ school we @ our school for example had pamphlets handed out with detailed demonstration......{lahoulawalaquwat} if that isn't enough the internet has all sorts of articles, info' discussion on this topic surely ppl can search for themselves, go to your local library there r books available, certain number of films r enough et cetera what MORE is needed is to be discussed after your through will all that info???
if a new member asks u for ur opinion on sex recommned a search engne and tell him/her/it to search for themselves so they can settle their desires @ their own pace.

And I think you must have seen my reply to mehnaz as well. afknowing that you didnt open it in feedback now I am worried about the sanity of the mod who moved it here and not you. And also I am not sure ke why are admins not moving it from here or locking this thread, cuz I really cant see any use of this thread in feedback forum.
I think the issue is discussed by many members who had interest in this topic. While this may not seem a direct Feedback on the administration of the forum, it seems a valid discussion on the culture here, and is useful for mods and Admin to be aware of members' feelings.
