No point in copying someone else's CV. You need to prepare multiple CVs- targetting each CV to the job you are going for as each employer will be looking for something different.
Best thing to do is to read the job advert and identify a few key words within the advert that you think are important for the employer. Then you need to carefully plant those key words in your CV with (made up if reqd!) examples of things you did that demonstrate those qualities. Make sure the CV is not too long (no more than 4 sides of A4 but 2 is ideal).
From personal experience, whenever I have looked at CVs, I have found that for each vacancy, I have had many many CVs forwarded to me. As I am normally busy, I have not had much time to read each CV. So you are looking for something that stands out. It could be something as simple as using nice paper instead of standard white A4!!
