Ok here is the thing, talking about coke/sode alone, you guys have luxury of eating pakistani food and drinking soda and then DAKARRING… So you don’t get hit by its real furry. But be mindful you are not escaping its long term harmful effects.
But one generation down when those complex carb diets and meaty veg dishes go out of menu, your kids are going to get hit.
All those sugar highs, sugar crashes. Needing to feed on more sugar. Psychology: developing need to find sad things and trouble so it initiate same chemical reaction in the brain. All of it.

lol…ask those who are allergic to sanitary pads or imagine the piles of used sanitary pads at landfill sights (each woman creates 7 pounds of landfill with pads each year). There are cotton ones too, they are disposable but quite expensive.

in our home there is always coke.
usually in the fridge or in the garage stock-piled.
since watching this documentary I’ve stopped putting it in the fridge so there’s less likelihood that I will just grab one to drink…

i dont blame the coke industry or the tobacco industry. sure they have powerful lobbies that make it easier for their supply chains and loosening regulations. but ultimately you decide what you put into your body. as an adult, no one force-feeds you crap. you have a lot of choices. if you are weak-willed and dont care to educate and discipline yourself on what to eat, what your kids eat, etc., you can only blame yourself.

And speaking of nappies and toilet paper, did you know the softness in toilet paper comes from a compound called BPA, and BPA was originally used as estrogen replacement.
BPA is also used to make Plastic bottles soft, so it is in all bottled products, i.e Coke,Bepsi and it is also used as liner for canned foods.

BPA is old news. most savvy manufacturers now add other plastic softeners and advertise their wares as BPA free. yes its BPA free, but no one’s sure what the new BPA-replacement additives will do in the long run.
