What kind of impression, as Christian & as American this slogan is giving out? It’s a understandable assumption that this person is a citizen of United States of America, one of the champions of the downtrodden and persecuted.
It shows that hatred has no boundaries & even the citizens of an educated & self proclaimed ‘civilized’ country have a few filled with unprecedented anger.
The same person, presuming he is in the United States, would not put these words on his or her t-shirt or make a bandana out of it to wear it in public. He might get the admiration of those like minded people, but from constitutional/law & order point of view, it will be considered “hate speech” which is not protected under the first amendment. The person can face up to a few years in jail.
