Saadia i think it depends on how conservative you are. I think in the US, within the local culture, they kind of tell their kids, mommy has a baby in her tummy etc when they are pregnant. In our culture this info is pretty much avoided and jsut never talked about.
If I were you, i would probably take away the doll until she is older and you want to talk to her about this and then bring it out and show it to her. Although i agree, out of all the toys the guest could have given, she chose a pregnant doll, which is just a bit wierd.
