no way..... bcoz she will ask you a million questions and you will have to answer her, unless you want to tell her the whole story of how baby comes in the tummy and all otherwise i would say no....my little 3 yr old niece knows about babies in mummies tummies and she always ask's so many questions about it......
p.s. schools are planning to teach sex education to children aged 5, so might wanna keep tht doll:)
