Re: Kids should behave...
I think the owner has every right to keep up the sign. I'd not be all that offended either... people DO get annoyed and will start avoiding the place if they're looking for a relaxing cup of coffee but instead have little wild indians running around. Parents need to keep a close eye on their little ones and teach them how to behave in public.
We went thru a time where our boys got out of hand at restaurants so we always made sure to go to "family" type restaurants where they'd be welcome even if they got too loud or messy. After a few of these dinners, they learned proper behavior and we can now take them wherever we'd like to go.
That said, I recently made a post about how kids are so much less welcome these days and this bothers me. My mom never used a babysitter until we were around 8 or 9 but these days people assume that you have a babysitter or nanny at your beck and call so please dont bring your children. This, i think is wrong!
