I buy what looks cute to me… my usual stores for my daughter’s clothes are Gymboree, Pumpkin Patch, The Children’s place, Osh Kosh B’Gosh, Old navy and sometimes H&M… I always buy stuff thats on sale or in clearance, or I use coupons … have never bought anything for full price :p.
I even buy bigger clothes in advance for next year … like this year I got T-shirts from Osh Kosh for $2 each, found great bargains in clearance

I do something similar, when a certain season goes on clearance, i buy bigger sizes for next year
I also buy what I think is cute from Baby Gap, Children’s Place, Old Navy, Carter’s and even from department stores. I try to buy on sale or with coupons etc, but every now and then if I really like something I will just get it full price and then feel bad later when baby only got to wear it once. I do like getting stuff of better quality for baby, as its softer and more comfy and lasts a little longer than some of the cheaper stuff.
