Mr FG, yes I have seriously considered Pak and I know the lovely family-type life you can have there. The biggest drawback is the lack of special-needs services there...my eldest has speech delay and needs therapy, this is sorely lacking over there so he would not thrive there as he can here. As far as desi homes, thats fine but what to do when you have to go outside the home? Houses here are tiny, we have no room to live with extended family, even when we do have close family over for more than a few days, everyone is at each others throats. Is this New York, are things better in other states?
