I do believe injustice has been done to many leaders including Bhutto, but I am not sure if killing of Akbar Bugti would consider murder.

For all practical purpose he was leading an armed gang in the mountains, as become legitimate target.

Unfortunately in our cultural as long as one is politician he is above the law.

Who should decide if one is a ‘legitimate target’? A general or a court? If a politician is considered to be above the law, does it give military the right to act above law as well?

btw, the general who proclaimed Bugti as a ‘legitimate target’ designed Kargil operation which resulted in half of our frontier constabulary being wiped out.

Back to the topic: The military should at least tell the family why a certain person is taken in and if that person is still alive.
