I am assuming you are talking about Karachi not Kiev Interbank Rate.
Karachi Interbank Offered Rate (KIBOR) is a daily reference rate based on the interest rates at which banks borrow unsecured funds from other banks in the Pakistan wholesale money market (or interbank market).
KIBOR is used for Forward rate agreements, interest rate swaps, inflation swaps and floating/syndicated loans.

but actually I needed a more detailed writeup about KIBOR..I mean how it began, mechanism, determinants of the rate, uses and benefits it has introduced since its inception, etc.
