I have heard and read in books that** Putting on best available dress (whether new or cleaned old ones) on Eid day is Sunnah. **
then why so many people are saying they won’t buy new dresses for themselves and their families on this Eid because of “kharab halaat of Karachi”.
Hum sab ko Pakistan ke halaat behtar honay ki doa karni chahiye, Karachi aur duniya ke har corner main rehny walay har Muslim k liye doa karni chahiye. wo takleef main hain hum sab ko is baat ka intehaai dukh hai. Lekin Eid to Ramzan ka tohfa (gift) hai. :(. Eid ul fitr is thanksgiving Day for the believing people.

are you going to wear new or best available dress on Eid day???
i will be wearing a new suit...which i got a long back but didnot wear it. or i might wear an old suit which i have worn only few times...jis pe dil agaya hum woh pehnain ge.
