what is the procedure of khula in pak?its not that the family of girl is caseing on him i mean the guy is ready to give a divorce there is no issue but girls family want that instead of he give divorce they take khula..he said send me papers i will sign and send back to u
so what u do? go to any layer..is there any khula form which u filled for khula or what..where do we get this form..
if any guppan here who took khula in pak..guide us please

no one wants khulla if boy is ready to give divorce ...how can its possible.. coz ..girl can demand her haq mehar in divorce case...and in other side if she take khula she must give half of haq mehar back to his ex hubby ..and also in khulla process girls family spend charges of lawyer which can be 30 to 60 000......and in divorce its all done free
well in pakistani court if both parties r agree on khhulla so its done with in a month ...just your lawyer submit ur case in court and court gives date to both party for giving there statements front of judge ...
and if 2nd party dont response to court about case then its take 3 months ..in every month court calls lawyers of both parties.. and before last session girls lawyer gives add in local news paper ..and then court gives finall decision about khulla..after taking girls statement and signature

oh this is not a situation...boy has some bad habits so girl said i want divorce he said fine as u wish i m ready..remember boy is in uk and there is just nikkah no rukhsati..then girl family thought divorce is abad idea..khula is a better idea atleast we can say to her next susraal that she took khula...
its not about khula or divorce or courst stuff....
if he say 3 words it will b all oveer..just for documentation they want khula ppaer instead of dovorce paper..i dont know but may b khula form is also like stamp paper etc...
situtaion is quite amicable..guy said send me the khula form i,ll sign and send back to u..i have no issue..
its not same if he send divorce paper or she gets his sign on khula ppaers...they dont wana get into court stuff because there is no need as the guy is ready and he is so nice he understands that divorce is bad khula is good for girls point of view and there is no meher sheher stuff in this wedding.....they just want khula form ..or stamp paper of khula

The person ends up with a "divorce" in either situation whether the guy willingly hands one out, says it verbally or the girl forces him to do so with legal help or by asking "khula."
If it makes the parents more comfortable about asking for khula so that its easier to tell it to the third person (or to the next potential "rishta"), its understandable.
