people say 3 months eidat is not applicable if u took divorce or khula before rukhsati..?u dont need to wait 3 month for 2nd marriage ..

Actually I heard that 3 months is the highest limit. Lowest is the first menstruation that happens after divorce. But please confirm it as I could be totally wrong.
