Scope of The Movie
It is a Docu-Drama. Shoaib Mansoor says he is making this film with FIVE objectives in mind. I will quote him on this.
“Firstly, being at the peak of my career, I feel I have a role to play in creating awareness among our population about the wrongs some of us are doing in the name of God”.
“Secondly, I feel passionately about Music and other Fine Arts. I wish to see our youth free of the confusion whether these are allowed or not in our religion. The film deals with this dilemma”.
“Thirdly, the film should create awareness among parents that Islam does not allow them to marry their daughters forcibly. At the same time it should help women know what their rights are”.
“Fourthly, this film should help bring our dying film industry back on its feet”.
“And lastly, the film should help bridge the gap between the Western and the Muslim Worlds by creating a better understanding of what the Real Islam is”.
Sounds intersting. Knowing him from his previous works, I am sure it wil be a master piece.
i know about shoaib mansoors.. ABC serial.. and then there was this travel around the world thingy which was pretty good aswell.. i dunno ne more of his work.. cud u guyz mention some other stuff he has worked on??.. damn am missin all that.. 
He was also the director of comedy programme Fifty Fifty plus also he wrote most of Junaid Jamshed Songs including Dil Dil Pakistan etc etc

that show was called gulls and guys where about 7 to 8 celebrities from our media toured a country and told bout it…i remember fakhr-e-alam dressing up as a chick while he was in france… 
loved the show though.
then earlier this year, shoaib made the highest budgeted music video ever made in pakistan known as anarkali which got rave reviews from critiques everywhere. he even had penned the song for the video. :k:
he had came out with the band name aaroh and had coined the term sampooran for mekaal hasan band’s album.
hmm bas abhi itna hi yaad aa raha hai…but all in all, this dude has brought tremendous help to our booming media.
