He is the care taker prime minister. He is taking care of the unfinished business of last governments.

He is enjoying his stint as caretaker PM. Not everyone gets this kind of a bonus at this stage. He is least borthered, or shall I say capable, of doing what he is supposed to do. Let him have fun:)
