Hey whats all this.
Who says that Islam is a religion. Islam is a Din , i.e. a complete code of life!!
There is no such thing as religion situation and** political situation**.
All the spheres of our life, Muslims’ life, must be regulated by Islam and only Islam. Even when we go to the toilet it must be according to Islam.
Then how come you resolve such a great Palestine issue according to your own minds. If this is to be resolved it must be according to Islam otherwise it will bring no results.

And Secondly, whats the solution for this.
Its absolutely crystal clear!!!
The solution is “Khilafah”, a true Islamic state. All these fitnas (like palestine, Kashmir, Chechnia,etc., etc.) have appeared because we have lost Khilafah and there is no Khilafah anywhere in the world. Once the Khilafah is regained, it will look after all the maslas of the world. If a true Islamic State (Khilafah) is established, then no one will dare look at the Muslims in any corner of the world!!!
The Khilafah will then send armies to such places where Muslims are opressed just as Muhammad Bin Qasim was sent by The Islamic State to rescue the Muslims in Sindh!!!
This is the only solution given by Islam!!
Nothing can be done without a true Islamic State. And this Ayah of The Quran supports this solution:

“And those who disbelieve are allies to one another, (and) if you (Muslims of the whole world collectively)do not do so(i.e. become allies, as one united block with one Khalifah - chief Muslim ruler for the whole Muslim world tomake victorious Allah’s Religion of Islamic Monotheism), there will be Fitnah (wars, battles, polytheism, etc.) and oppression on earth, and a great mischief and corruption (appearance of polytheism).”
Surah-Al-Anfal, Verse 73

Three other translations of same ayah are given below:

YUSUFALI: The Unbelievers are protectors, one of another: Unless ye do this, (protect each other), there would be tumult and oppression on earth, and great mischief.
PICKTHAL: And those who disbelieve are protectors one of another - If ye do not so, there will be confusion in the land, and great corruption.
SHAKIR: And (as for) those who disbelieve, some of them are the guardians of others; if you will not do it, there will be in the land persecution and great mischief.

So theres only one solution “Be united under one Khalifah and cater all the problems”
Once Khilafah is established anywhere in the world, all the Muslim states will merge into it and then we will see all these Israelis, etc.

**So what should we do?

1.** We should work for the establishment of **Khilafah **(true Islamic State) and this Khilafah is the biggest threat to these enemies of Islam.
2. We should not take part in violence because we should look to the seerat of Prophet (SAW). Once in the Makki age (when Muslims were in same conditions as now in Palestine, Kashmir, etc)Hazrat Umar took out his sword and asked Prophet (SAW) that may I kill all the Mushrik leaders so that all Fitnah is brought to an end. Prophet (SAW) answered that we are not allowed to do so. (Aw kama qala Rasulullah-e-Sallallah-o-Alaih-e-Wasallam).

Many groups of Muslims are working for establishment of Khilafah, the only solution given by Islam and followed by the Prophet (SAW). OK think for yourself how much have you done for the establishment of Khilafah?

Me? Well I am doing well!( Alhumdulillah)

Search for the people working for establishment of Khilafah.

I doubt anything wil solve these problems, particularly the kashmir problem.

One of the articles of the muslims belief is that Allah swt created humanity and gave them a book called the Quran about which Allah swt says " We have revealed this book as an explanation for everything". So in order for the Islamic belief to be correct it must have a solution for anything and everything which we face today and will face in the future. And this is what makes Islam so unique is that we are able to bring solutions for problems of today like occupied muslim land, which is to establish a state ruling by Islam and declare Jihad against the occupiers of muslim land.

Well unless an untill the khilafah is there. do we all Muslims have to suffer like this ?? constantly

and lets suppose Muslims realize their responsibilites and start acting toward implemeting ISLAM in their life and countries, and united. how long this process might take ???

I am so glad that you people really care for Islam and your Muslim brothers which is quite evident from the way you people discuss on these topics(Alhumdulillah).

For every question and matter, we as Muslims should look to the Quran and Seerah of the Prophet(SAW). Therefore for this question of yours again we should search for the answer in these primary sources.

In seerah we find the answer to your question. The Makki period was a similar period for the Muslims as is now in respect of the "zulm" that is done on the Muslims. You people are quite aware what was being done to the Muslims by the Mushrikeen just because they had accepted Islam.

E.G. Hazrat Bilal was dragged by his master on the hot desert and his master used to keep a heavy stone on his chest and demanded that he renounce Islam. But there was only 1 word on Biall's toungue:"Ahad Ahad"!!

Now the Muslims are experiencing the same conditions. In every corner of the world they are being oppressed. Now what should we do?

Simple, what the Prophet(SAW) and his(SAW) companions did. Now look what they did:

Once Hazrat Umar took out his sword and asked from Prophet(SAW) permission to kill all the great leaders of the Mushrikeen so that fitnah is eradicated once and for all. They Prophet(SAW) told him that we are not allowed( Au-Kama-Qala-Rasoolullah-e-Sallalah-0-Alaih-e-Wasallam).

Secondly, the Companions used to ask the Prophet(SAW) that when will the "Help of Allah" arrive(that we will be taken out of these severe conditions; they asked this because they were sure that it will once arrive)?---FlamezZ, now look back at your question and compare it to this question by the companions!! You are asking the same question "Well unless an untill the khilafah is there. do we all Muslims have to suffer like this ?? how long this process might take ???"

The Prophet(SAW) replied to this answer that dont say such a thing because you have not seen the worst conditions imposed on the Ummats before you. They were torn into two halves (using the "aaraa") and still they stood firm for Islam(Au-Kama-Qala-Rasoolullah-e-Sallallah-0-Alaih-e-Wasallam).

Prophet(SAW) meant that remain calm and dont use violence till the "Help of Allah" comes. The "Help" came when "Hijrah" took place and a Khilafah was established.

So, "Help of Allah" will never come (we will never come out of this oppression in all corners of the world)** until a Khilafah is established **that will look at all these matters by itself. Hence proved by the Seerah of The Prophet(SAW).

And Allah Ta'ala Knows Best!

Assalamo alaikum brothers

If we continue to see that these problems will not be solved our minds will eventually turn away from them.

To even claim that occupied land cannot be regained is a claim that has no basis or atleast a weak and an invalid basis. That basis is of defeatism and lack of confidence in Islam. If we continue to understand that kashmir, Palestine and chechnia cannot be solved then we are saying Allah (swt) has given us an incomplete deen which cannot solve our problems. This claim violates the very foundations of the Islamic belief.

Allah (swt) says in surah an -nisa verse 59

" Then, if there arises a dispute amonsgt you, refer it back to Allah and his messenger, if you believe in Allah and the last day"

This ayah aplies to us just like the ayahs of salaah and fasting and it requires that we take back our problems and disputes back to the Quran and Sunnah.

Indeed the Khilafah state is the method by which an opposition army is repelled and by which the muslims are protected. The Prophet (saw) said " Indeed the imam (the khalifah) is a shield by which the muslims protect themselves and by which they fight behind". So this hadith tells us that the muslims of Kashmir, Palestine, Chechnia and all over the muslim world need a khalifah who protects them and repels the enemy.

Who can deny that the establishment of Khilafah is not possible?

Who can deny that the work for Khilafah is not a fard? Indeed imam Abu Hanifah said that, " The khilafah is the mother of all obligations".

So brothers and sisters, work with Hizb ut Tahrir who are your brothers and sister, who work for the resumption of the Islamic way of life by establishing the Islamic state. Indeed the work for Khilafah is a collective obligation (Fard Kifaya) i.e. it cannot be fulfilled by working as an individual.

Allah (swt) says in surah ale imran verse 104
" let there arise amongst you a group, who call to the khair (islam), who enjoin the good and forbid the evil and they are the ones who attain sucess".
