hello friends can any1 of u plz tell me how to measure rice for a 1 litre of milk?
in kheer after the rice become tender, should we mince them?

1/4 cup rice i suppose as there are 4 liters in 1 gallon I think....,my mom uses 1 cup for 1 gallon milk. Yes do little ghotna when they are tender.
