ok i m reading this for the first time.

in my home we use less spicy because red chillies are unhealthy and can lead to ulcer but i have heard lahoris take lot of spices :hmmm:

I found sindhi food bit spicy, or may be it's just in our family .

traditional Sindhi dishes are less spicy. They prefer pulao over Biryani :D

I have seen my grandparents avoiding spicy and fried food, but that may be case with their generation (irrespective of their culture). New generation is more chatori than the old one
