there is a forum which organize something to encourage muslims to do khatm of quran( u know how much ajr in this) , the goal is not how many khatm, its only encouragement to read it and to feel it , but they wish that 10 millions poeple or 1O millions khatm are registred this ramadan . thats all , i dont think there is something wrong in that , no bid3a , we didnt say : u must do 3 or 4 khatm then u will be good muslims, i know what is bid’a Allah protect us from it ! u can visit the site to understand more!
just simple example : imagine u and ur family u organize something for Allah , like u tell them for ex : lets pray tonight 20 rak’at for Allah!
u dont say : if u pray 20 then u enter jannat , but u encourage them, u do something together for Allah
