Mostly in masajid here they complete recitation of one complete quran shareef on 27th ramzan and then there is a little ceremony like some qiraat , naat , bayaan and then distribution of small packets of sweets .
I like the last part the best 
This year, there are two masajids in vicinity. At one place khatam-e-quran is on 27th and at other on 29th. I am planning to attend both. And that means two packets of sweets. bingo

Me and my wife gathered so many packets of this chowarey which were packed with kishmish , dryfruits and stuff.
Ghar bhi ley aye chupa kar , phir kafi din khatey rahey 
at some nikah they bring so much quality chowarey packets. you cant resist

unn packets main sweets candyland ki hoti hain jo mujhay bohat passand hain
muje pata hai free cheez mazae ki hoti hai…muje koi itrazz nahi..
