Khanewal Civil judge dancing, high court takes notice

so now people can not even dance!!!
a video has appeared in which a civil judge from khanewal is dancing with a woman.
the high court has taken notice of it. just saw it on Aaj news.

The question is: why is the court taking notice on such a trivial issue? aint there more social problems to tackle than this issue? or are our courts becoming morality police now?

the poor dancing judge has resigned.

Officials say a Pakistani judge has resigned after a video was posted on YouTube of him boogying with a so-called “dancing girl” at a party celebrating his brother’s engagement.

Men in Pakistan often invite dancing girls — many of whom are prostitutes — to perform at such all-male events before weddings, akin to US bachelor parties.

Videos of these parties are often posted on the Internet, but it’s rare for a public official to be caught in such a scandal.

Judge Mohammed Masood Bilal said Thursday the video was recorded during his brother’s engagement party but declined to provide further details.

A court official, Mohammed Maqsood, says Bilal was working as a judge in the central city of Khanewal before he resigned Wednesday.

The video was posted July 20.

another shameful episode added to our history. a judge forced out of service simply because he hapened to dance in a private party.
