I’ve been hearing this term quite often nowadays. But I can’t understand what really khandani is? How do you guppies and guppans define someone as khandani?

the ones who have strong Islamic values...they are decent...they are polite...they never use abusive language...they respect their women...they care for each other and for the community...they are generous...they are mindful of their thoughts and acts...they behave in a proper way both in privacy and in public...you wanna know more! :)

Khaandaanii log have a “PURE” blood in them…matlab…unke Khaandaan meN kisii ne kabhii bhii kisii neechii zaat meN shaadii nahiiN kii…lol! phir vohii zaat paat kaa lafRaa…Islam emN to ek hii zaat hai aur vo hai Muslim zaat! 
there is one more measuring stick they use in determining someone’s Khaandaan…they must have a ‘shareef look’ on their appearance [including face] and their skin color must be wheatish [gandumii] which, in weird ways, confirms their middle-eastern lineage…lol
and, one more thing…
They do NOT ever laugh out loud…so, no LOL in their lives! 
oh haaN, ek baat aur…they never pollute their language…they never use English word in their Urdu

Don't know wheneva word "khandani" larki comes to ma mind..the image of girl with duppatta comes to my mind. May be it is true to an extent what i am saying. Anyhow yo.. i think khandani implies those families..who grew up closely in family and have same values..as our moms used to have.

I really dislike the way some people use this word...they seem to think khandani means ooncha khandan...whatever that is. And most of the time the people using it are not from a decent khandan themselves.

hmmmmmm pr un ko kis ne btaya. mera to birds se koi door ka wasta b nei. mtlb main bird b nei khata with exception of kukri.
