Gina, don't really know or care what is going on in facebook...what i meant was that flop serials are unfortunately in abundance these days and they pretty much go unnoticed, not worth even commenting on. so was surprised to read a 5 page tribute to its flopness lol

That's cuz ONE person can't stop raving about a 3rd rate ripped-off from star plus serial.. OR accept the fact that everyone here has said it's mightly crappy!

Interesting as it was---right when the camera was to roll--came the news from Lahore that an artiste choosen to do the role of Kashif Mahmood's fiance' got sick---and while visiting the Mall in Pollokshields, I spotted a, Masha'Allah, cute Pak-origin (family) girl British by birth..and there and then suggested Zulfi to take his bets on her as ashraf Khan's daughter..and instantly approached her---and with all smiles--she agreed subject to the permission of her Dad as her brother is already an established TV artiste in UK on local TV plays production....
THUS...FAIZA ZAFFAR was born and she did wonderfully well....teaming with giants like Mona LAIZZA (real passport name), Maria Wasti, Ismat Zaidi and Kashif Mahmood!
It is always so encouraging to know that talent exsists in Pakistanis where-ever they may be!
My own forthcoming production---I am almost through on finalising the one liners/script with Seema, Amjad Islam Amjad and Arooba sultan (of Lahore), will have at least 4 new faces..two being females.
I intend to shoot the serial in Melbourne, Auckland and Bali-Indonesia in October-2009. Enough of Europe!! and the Gulf!

Yep wondergurl.. except one person that can't stop raving about a flop serial.. and wants to convince the world it's a hit! LOL.. majority have labelled it a major flop/bekaar/fuzool serial.. defend crap if u want!

...Then there were FISH-n-CHIPS everyday....that we stood at the pavement near St. George' Square and ate them hot...with crispy chip...which Qazi use to refer as CHISS---:)
The lady at the F&C outlet became quite friendly that the third visit brought us a good discount--and the decision to do a bit of scene near her outlet with same at the background--was also taken by the wonder Director Zulfi...with an ever wonder cast...of KHANDAAN!
