As far as I know, I thought Khana Kharab meant "may your womb go bad" and dabb kharabba is something that really has no normal shape.

I am not 100% sure but everytime some aunty said that, the other aunty went “HAWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW :cb:” So that’s why I am guessing that’s what it means.
