what I read, Khalil Khan was a sipah salar in Shah Jehan’s period and Shah Jahan had this habib of keeping his men’s mastooraat in eye (Mumtaz Mahal se to bus 17 bachon wala ishq tha). so this guy Khali Khan’s wife used to wear a jutti costing 30 laakh 
Shahjehan made an inquiry wherefrom he got all that wealth.
But this account doesn’t mention any thing about Faakhta
