Ingredients:
maida: 1-1/2 cup
suger: 1 cup
ghee; 1/4 cup

Maida mein ghee daal ker kuch dair para rehnay dain,phir 2 tsb paani dal ker 5 mins k liay dum per rakhain,phir sugar mix ker lain,after that milk dall ker achee tarah ghoonth lain,hard ho jaye tou diamond shape khajoorain bana lain aur us ko oil mein fry ker lain,agar khasta kerna chahain tou thora sa namak daal dain..
