On a serious note, I wanna read more of Punjabi serious poetry. Waleed can you tell me names of some good Punjabi new poets. I think Tariq Azeez (Neelam Ghar fame) written Punjabi ghazals. Munir Niazi’s ‘Kuch Saanoo maran da shoq wi si’ is my most favourite.

I dun know many Punjabi Poets but few famous one are Baba Bulleh Shah,Sultan Bahu,Khawaja Ghulam Farid

These are classic sufi poets who spread love through their poetry. I also heard kalam of Waris Shah (Heer - most famous in Punjab) and Mian Muhammad Bux. I was talking about new poets.
