What is the situation with Kerry Lugar Bill? Are we getting anything? Will that assistance be stopped if military takes over in Pakistan?

Yes you are getting billions out of it....I remember the aid was speeded up some in the wake of the floods recently (I am thinking some 800M but not sure)
