We are not talking about embassies rather consulates everywhere in Afghanistan to construct “roads”. Try again.

Whatever,only Pakistan has such whimsical fantasy of 52 Indian consulates.Indians,themselves are flabbergasted at it.

Why the so-called Western alliance have not mentioned it?
