One of my friends tried it... she's one of those that jumps on any new faddy diet bandwagon... :)
Anyway, she tried this for a week... i think it's two bowls of this cereal and any meal per day right?? She got bored of it, though she lost a couple of pounds, but regained it all as soon as she stopped it.
And it tastes like crap. :)
