OK did anyone do these, and wat the hell are they…i have done nothing in the form of exc apart from walking daily, and im scared now that its too late to start…ahhhhhh,
Nadzz kegel exercises are not that hard they just strengthen your pelvic muscles and they prepare you for easy delivery. I just did some not much at the end of 38 week when I was pregnant but they are actually good. They help to hold urine also. But anywayz find some exercises on you tube and you will see what they are.
Re: kegels....
Kegels really saved my sanity. I had a tough delivery, I tore and then got a really bad infection. After, I was leaking like anything. It was embarrassing and really upsetting that I lost this control. Doc instructed me and within a few weeks, I got it back. So, this may be graphic so please excuse...but its also an important exercise for all women to know and practice after birthing a baby whether there are leaking issues or not....
To learn how to do kegels, go to the bathroom when bladder is full. When the stream starts, squeeze your muscles to stop the flow. Hold for one second and then release. Thats one kegel. When you get the hang of what this squeeze/release feels like then you can do them any time (no urine release necessary, its the muscles squeezing and releasing that you need to do). Start off by doing 20 kegels three times a day and then increase to 25 and then 30 etc. I went up to 50 three times a day and it took about a month to go from no control at all to fair control. A month after that, all was fine.
