ladies, will this work with your better half?

breakfast: skim milk in breakfast
one cup tea
egg whites’ omellete with whole wheat toasts
or whole wheat cereal in skim milk

kindly ask to exercise for 1/2 hour on tread mill while you prepare breakfast :>

noon snack: cut carrot sticks & apples for snack
or one cup of yogurt

lunh: whole wheat bread sandwich with a slice of grilled salmon or chicken
nicely cut cucumbers & tomatoe slices with A slice of swiss cheese

evening tea: home made tea
baked potatoe with corriander chutney
or corn on the cob

dinner: brown rice non fried with shrimps
steamed mixed vegetables curry or beans
home made yogurt icecream

1/2 hour brisk walk every day after dinner

avoid all sodas, fried or overly sweetened foods

in 4 weeks your hubby will be slim as a flute :>

Dushwari, I had to actually make my husband put on some weight, which he successfully did in the past 6 months. He is at the recommended wight and BMI at this point!

This is how this menu is going to work:
Anybody will refuse to eat this repetitive menu after 3 days and will go on hunger strike, this 27 days of hunger strike will make any hubby including me thin as a flute.

Avoid excessive calories (it takes around 11 calories an hour just for your body to function--pumping blood, etc. Keep that in mind).

Avoid carboyhdrates. Stick to proteins and veggies. Avoid excessive fruit intake (because of it's natural sugar). Avoid caffeine (it's a diuretic).

Don't eat 3 hours before bedtime. Avoid fats and heavy oils. Make sure you eat at least 30 minutes within waking up in the morning.

Exercise at least 3 times a week.

That's pretty much it. That should help unless you've got medical problems preventing normal weight management.

for each extra 10 lbs that you have, your knees feel and lug the weight of about 30!

dinner : mixed lentil with lehsan ka tarqa + ubley howey chawal +achar OR Palak Paneer with Roti OR Arbi baingun with obley howey chawal + pudiney ki chatni (Rs 100)

Sarey din ka kharcha Rs 200
Amreeka main less than 10$

Ye aap jaisi beweyaan hi hoti hain ju apney hubby ko khila khila ke mota Aaloo bana deti hain :hoonh:

Takey doosri larkeyan hum main ziada interest na lain :frowning:

Desi khawateen bohat hosheyaar hoti hain, bohat ziada … hum bholey bhaley mardon ko pata bhi nahi chalta ke hamarey saath kia ho raha hai :teary2:
